House

The students are allotted houses from class Nursery onwards. This system gives the students ample opportunities through various Inter House Competitions. Different cultural programmes are held to promote growth among students. The house system can contribute to the holistic development of students, as it encourages teamwork, resilience, leadership, sportsmanship, and other desirable qualities. It offers opportunities for students to discover and showcase their talents, develop self-confidence, and build lifelong friendships. Each house is usually given a unique name, often associated with a prominent figure.

“Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education”. Values are guiding principles or standards of behavior, which are regarded as desirable, important, and held in high esteem. Value education is rooted in Indian Philosophy and culture and ingrained in our culture. Moral awareness of the importance of value education should be endorsed to orient the progress of mankind positively. Good Values such as Kindness, Modesty, Honesty, Equality, etc are inculcated in children with the help of various activities which can guide them to the right path in life.

Student Council

A Student Council provides an opportunity for students to engage in a structured partnership with teachers, students, and management in the operation of their school. A strong student council is one that includes students who are academically excelling and are positive role models. Additionally, effective communication and teamwork skills between student council members make a student council strong. It is just as important to have an adviser who provides council members with guidance.

Moksh International is committed to building confidence and self-esteem among students. We offer an inclusive student empowerment programme to integrate leadership and responsibility into the curriculum. The School Student Council is a forum where the students cumulatively experience the connection between their formal learning and its application in real-life situations. It provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills by proactively participating in all school processes and sensitizing students towards community welfare. The Student Council ensures adherence to the student code of conduct and thereby a safe and conducive environment for all.

STUDENT COUNCIL STRUCTURE

A leader is one who knows the way, shows the way, and goes the way. The school has a robust Student Council System to identify, train and empower students to become future leaders. The selected students are assigned posts as per their skills and abilities. They undergo vigorous physical and mental edification to inculcate and hone leadership and life skills.

Exhibitions

Every year, the school organizes four exhibitions in different fields, maths, science, social science, and art exhibition. Where students display or showcase their work, projects, working models, achievements, talents, and learning outcomes. Exhibitions are an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, creativity, and talents to the school community and beyond.

Students learn to effectively articulate their ideas, explain their projects, and respond to questions and feedback. Presenting their work to a broader audience enhances their confidence, public speaking abilities, and the ability to express themselves clearly.

Excursions and Field Trips

The school focuses on multiple ways of learning, and one of its ways is to take students on excursions and field trips. The school organizes educational trips twice a year and leisure trips once a year.

Educational trips provide a change of environment and a break from the routine of the classroom. This increases student engagement, motivation, and enthusiasm for learning. Students often look forward to field trips as they offer a unique and exciting learning experience.

Leisure trips or recreational trips provide opportunities for personal growth, self-discovery, and building self-confidence. Students may face new challenges, step out of their comfort zones, and develop resilience, independence, and adaptability through new experiences.

Health & Wellness Programme

Every month, the school holds a fixed workshop for every class for their mental and spiritual wellness that aids in their overall development. Such workshops offer stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, counseling services, and workshops on building resilience and managing emotions to support mental and emotional well-being.

Health and wellness programmes often incorporate stress reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, and relaxation activities to help participants manage and reduce stress levels.

Fortis Healthcare Private Limited has taken several workshops designed for student's mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. More workshops are on their way to touch the lives of our students.
